Educational Background and abilities:
Graduated high school with a 3.1 GPA, attended a local college (basic studies) for 1 year. I have also attended several customer service orientated training classes over the years, which had helped me become a professional in the field of customer service. I am very good with computers, and electronics of all kind. I have always been a fast learner. I have the experience of working in fast paced environments, being in situations under pressure and having to make quick, yet important decisions. I am a leader by definition, and have the understanding and the patience to communicate to others. Problem solving has always been one of my strong points.

I am a single father of 2 great little boys. I have been working in the Insurance business for awhile now and have decided that I want to be able to spend more time at home. My main reason for pursuing a at home career is to allow me more time with my kids and family.
I am a hardworking dependable guy. I am currently looking for employment with a online company as a Virtual customer service agent. I am capable and willing to perform many services such as, live chat, call center agent, virtual assistant/agent, web research, data entry, customers relations, sales agent, bogging, as well as many other positions in the customer service field.
